Don't Dwell Just Gel
H and I did power this morning. My, oh, my...this is why I love yoga! I feel like I'm high on harmony! It's like getting a super massage, but internally...an oil change for the body. During the class the teacher kept repeating, "don't dwell, just gel". What a great mantra to start the day, and, well, quit frankly, our third cycle attempt.

Love this. Can I borrow your mantra? Do you think your teacher would mind?
I'm about one week away from a FET. Hoping to get some yoga in this week and totally amping up my visualizations, which I think are also helpful. My favorite saying this week: "If you can't imagine it, you can't create it."
Just found you blog and I love it! Jealous of your upper arm strength and can only imagine getting into the poses you are focusing on this week. Go you!
